Delicious Ugba(Oil Bean)

Recipes

2 cups of Sliced Soft Oil Bean (Fermented)
Stock Fish
Crayfish
Dried Pepper
Green Garden Eggs
Red Oil
Potash Water
Salt
Warm Water

Preparation

Boil your Stockfish to tender.
Pour 1/3 a glass cup of warm water into a pot
Add a little potash into it
Add Grinded Pepper and Crayfish together then steer very well.
Add Palm Oil and turn very well
Add your sliced fermented Oil Bean inside and steer together.
You can add a little Maggi seasoning if desired.
Add a little salt to taste.

Then Set your pot on fire and heat for five minutes
Bring down and add your well sliced Garden Eggs.

OR

Serve your delicious Ugba in a plate and Green Garden Eggs in a separate plate.

Oops! Dish out with Cold Juice.
